What is (PRP) Platelet-Rich Plasma?
PRP Therapy for hair loss is a medical treatment which consists of injecting platelet-rich plasma into the patients scalp areas which need increased hair growth. The PRP injection goes across the scalp within the area of thinning and the process is meticulous with minimal discomfort as our experts use small needles to inject the plasma. Platelets are extremely rich in growth factors, stimulating the activity of hair follicles to promote hair growth. PRP is safe and extremely effective for men and women and is also used within our unique Alopecia treatment.
How many PRP sessions are required and is it safe?
Hair Revive recommend a course of 3-4 injections, administered monthly, for a cumulative effect. Then PRP injections every 3-6 months, however injection schedules can vary depending on genetic patterns, rate of hair loss, age and hormones. PRP safe and a comfortable treatment using small injections to minimise discomfort and maximise results. PRP for hair loss may not be effective if you suffer from Thyroid Disease or Lupus and if you are taking blood thinners, your platelets wont work as effectively.

Does Composite Bonding Hurt?

Can Composite Bonding Cover Gaps?
Bonding can be used to cover gaps between teeth but in a similar way to dental veneers, our team will need to assess suitability. If your gap is too large, we may suggest either orthodontic braces or dental implants.
How Long Does Composite Bonding Last?
This will depend on your overall level of dental hygiene and other lifestyle factors, such as smoking. Similar to white fillings, bonding procedures have an average lifespan of between 3- 10 years.
